Off third-party apps, onto their own billing platform

A growing vegetable supply business served daily customers, restaurants and bulk buyers entirely offline — handwritten bills, messy expense and payment tracking, and no shared workflow between drivers, managers and accountants. They also depended on third-party apps that charged commission and stood between them and their own customer base.

Their own platform, built as an installable PWA so drivers and staff use it on a phone without an app store. Personalised bills generate instantly, payments and outstanding balances are tracked per customer, expenses are recorded as they happen, and drivers, managers and accountants each get a role-appropriate workflow.
